Recreational Drugs that dont strain the heart ?

Swim wants to try a new drug/substance.
Swim lately thinks his heart feels all weird, random pains in the area.
Though swim has had similar happenings since he was a child (docs said its nothing, which swim highly doubts that)

Swim has not tried any *major* drugs before.
This is what swims friend has tried:
Marijuana, Salvia, BZP/tfmpp ( which swim absolutely hated , nightmare first trip) , Ephedrine, DXM, Diphenhydramine, Codeine and lets not forget the three basics Alcohol, Tabacco and Caffeine.

Swim is looking for something short lasting, but also doesnt strain the heart.
Swim likes the feelings of salvia, alchohol , also marijuana, and codeine.
Though swim had high hopes for BZP, the pupil dilation and all the other nasty side effects really pissed him off so he doesnt want anything like that.

Any recommendations?
