Why is kratom always mentioned to have a 'short' duration?

I just find it funny that kratom is always said to have a relatively short duration. it's mentioned a lot on sites when i read about it. but kratom really doesn't. the full effects last roughly 2.5 hours. that's a good length!

It's comparatively speaking I would imagine. 2.5 hours doesn't hold a candle to the 5-6 hours you can get from other Opiates.

Nah, it's not stupid. I noticed that it was mentioned a lot as well. If you've got a low tolerance than Kratom is a very good time. Higher tolerances I've seen can't get much out of it so they complain about the duration.
