Anal use - How is heroin used anally

If one were to use heroin (say,basic brown) or coke other than IV or snort. How is it used anally? Cooked up & shoved up the arse with a syringe.
But how to keep it up there?

Swie tried this, thinking it might be a way to keep her injecting to a minimum. However it did nothing for her really, aside from stop withdrawals, so she hasn't bothered trying it again. Don't be put off by this though, as most people who've done it seem to rank it above smoking and snorting.

Anyway, one would cook it up as for shooting, then use a syringe (without a needle!) to plug it. It's not hard to keep it in - it's not like you're sticking litres of liquid up there! People can hold enemas of > a litre so there shouldn't be any trouble with half a ml or so.

THis method does not appeal whatsoever to SWIM and hopefully will never have to try it! SWIM imagines that it might have semi decent effects , but that one would probably have to use a much larger amount to get similiar effects as there is a large potential for wastage.
