Drug info - how do i cleanse amphetamine (adderall) from my system?

Hello all,

SWIM recently took 30mg of adderall XR because he needs to get lots of work done at home. SWIM has recently just been readmitted to school after being caught with weed brownies and is subject to random UAs. These UAs are usually only administered when students are often late or are missing class altogether. SWIM has excellent attendance and wont be missing class, but is still nervous about receiving a UA. SWIM would like to know if there is a way to more quickly clear of the body of the amphetamine.

Amphetamine will leave your system in 1-3 days. Behave for 3 days and you shouldn't have to worry about much

SWIM has heard people informed that bleach will get rid of their THC. One wonders, how much of the information can be trusted without further energy investment.

SWIM knows that vinegar and bleach don't work cleaning out your system and it is a myth. SWIM has heard bleach being used to dilute urine by placing some on your finger and letting the piss hit the finger before going into the container. SWIM can't prove this but, has heard about this method being done.

Like others above have already stated, Vitamin C and increased intake of foods/fluids with higher acidic concentration will clean the amphetamines from the blood. Also drinking lots of fluids and doing physically demanding activities that increase blood pressure and heart rate for a couple of days greatly helps. Normally amphetamines completely leave the system within 5-7 days but if one follows the above mentioned instructions, they will leave the system much quicker.
