swim knows a monkey who over the past year has gotten charged 3 times.monkey was 17 at the time of the first charge. was put in cuffs when monkey got to the school and cops searched his phone without probable cause, but as the cops were searching his cell, monkey got a text from a girl saying that she needed anything 50 e pills.

his dad is a lawyer so he got him out of most of the trouble cause they didnt have probable cause but he had to do a drug test. found big amounts of coke,oxy,mdma and meth( cause of the pills hmonkey was selling)

So, it didnt go on his record, but he was ender suspicion by the cops cause if they didnt search his phone like that then he would have gotten in charged for trafficing mutiple substances.

Next school year, he is going to university for law. within the first 3 months he got arrested again cause the cops were watching him blaze on his campus. took an o of blueberry weed, half o of afganhan gold stamp and a scale. this was before he turned 17 so he went to a drug diversion program so it didnt go on his record.

Around late march of this year, he got pulled over by the cops with a gun and morphine pills in seperate bags, so he is currently going to court over this sentance. I am not sure if it was his real gun or his fake gun( bb gun sprayed painted black to pull if people try to rob you on a deal)

But here is the biggie, monkey is still going to court for the last offence, monkey is currently picking up bottles of oxycontin to sell. the person who supplies him it has search warrants by the cops on him. Me and my friends are trying to get him to stop while he is ahead but he just wont listen, anywas swim was thinking what you swimmers would say to this guy...
