bf snorted adderal xr and in bad shape - worried

4 or 5 days ago, bf crushed and snorted adderall xr (not sure the quantity) - shortly after he suffered from terrible neck pain and a "crippling headache" - almost icecream headache level that lasted for hours - we nearly went to the emergency room - but opted not to.

he seemed to get better, comparitively, but days later he still feels bad. Dizzy, head still hurts (especially during physical exertion) , head pressure, twitchy, tightness in chest, nauseous, etc. He hasn't felt good or normal since.


advice? Could he have done permanent damage? What do you think is going on?
