Protein 10g (20% RDA)
Fiber 5g (20% RDA)
Potassium 550mg (16% RDA) (note, critical... don't ever let this fall off too far or you're 6 feet under)
Total fat 5g (8% RDA)
Sat. fat 1g (5% RDA)
Sugars: 17g

Calcium 50% RDA
Sodium 8% RDA

Various other vitamins & minerals (~35% RDA on average)

Doesn't taste too bad either... a little chalky but infinitely better than Ensure. Various flavors available. Not too expensive. Goes down super easy.

Slim Fast is a great way to get some nourishment. I prefer to use the powder form. Go figure. You mix some of the vanilla flavored powder in orange gatorade. It tastes like of of those orange popsicles you can buy from the ice cream man. It's quite good, and the gatorade helps with your hydration.

Great tip. SWIM's appetite has just been spiraling down. Even when hes physically hungry, he doesn't really want to eat and has to force himself to do it.

I am not sure if it is available in Europe, however I am sure you have something similar. Basically, any vitamin store should have a meal replacement powder. Slim Fast is used for dieters in the US, but if you mix it with Gatorade or Whole Milk and drink more than the recommended allotment, you will actually be able to keep on weight.

... and it's not beer (LOL). Chocolate milk! Weird, but SWIM finds it goes awesomely well with a night of rollin'. Keeps the energy level up, tastes excellent, goes down so smoooooth, and it's cheap. What more could a body want...

Another suggestion for the soft-core who just like a good taste & some protein :

Mix in blender:

* 2 or 3 cups plain milk
* 3 packets instant cocoa mix
* Bunch of ice cubes

most dairy products produce some mucus in the throat down to the stomach. so it would make sense that milk of any kind would soothe the throat if what ever you are smoking hits you hard and begins to burn. i think i'll have a bottle of milk beside me from now on. i always just had water because i only smoked on hikes and walks, but water aint that great.

Does drinking water lessen the effects of cocaine... consider, swiy is on a night out, swiy has dry mouth, needs a drink, drinks lots of water, would it, say dilute the cocaine?

SWIM says absolutely not and he loves a good glass of water both for his nose (sounds gross but isn't) and he loves to wash it down when he gets a drip that maybe annoying him just a little bit .

No it was just a thought I had. SWIM was out and was drinking lots of water then thought, oh no what if this dilutes the cocaine and lessens the effects.

Can't swiy drink lots of water though to prevent cocaine coming up in a drugs test? Therefore wouldn't the above be correct.

drinking water helps flush things out of your system but its not going to have any effect on the coke you just did.you could drink 30 gallons and it wouldent weeken your coke buzz.

SWIM likes to drink any cold liquid while on coke. Beer, water, Hawiian Punch. Partially frozen orange juice is the best in SWIMs opinion.

Swim always has a big glass of water or juice nearby. It is a good idea as you need to keep your body hydrated.

for SWIm it's the same thing Swim really needs to drink while on yayo so SWIY can continue doing that it doesn't change anything of the yayo's effects

I dont know if anyone else has tried but SWIM during useage of coke drinks Barocca it is a enegy drink you make using a glass of water you drop a Barocca tablet in the water and after a few minutes drink it contains load of minrals and vitamins it always makes the morning after better so i have been told
