Effects - 'Resetting' Benzo (valium) tolerance

Hello there

My pet ghost has been using valium on and off for a while now, either to help calm his nerves during university presentations or to help come down from stimulants.

Two weeks ago, he did about 50mg over the weekend. It was a rave 'weekender' with all sorts of chaos going on 24-7, so the only way he could sleep was to pop a vallie and have a drink before bed. Then last weekend, he went out, took some stims and then chilled at home with 40mg (more that he was planning to have).

So anyway, last night my pet ghost couldn't sleep so he used the tried-nd-tested method of 10mg valium and a bottle of beer to help calm his mind. But it didn't work. He believes that this is probably down to a tolerance developing as the previous weeks' uses have probably overlapped.

He doesn't plan on taking any for a while now anyway (as it's all to tempting to do lots of the stuff), but how long does SWIY think it'll be before his tolerance is back to baseline?
