Ive heard that the price of cocaine is often determined by the stamps that are put on the kilos. Apparantly some are more valuable than others and each cartel has it own stamps. I've also heard there are hundreds of different stamps and am puzzled by this as im pretty sure there are not hundreds of cartels. Are there a handful of stamps that dominate the areana, in other words, do 5 or 10 stamps account for 90% of whats out there(perhaps because there are many "mom and pop" operations and only a handful of cartels). What is the real significance of these stamps. This idea makes no sense to me, considering that each producer can put any stamp they want, why would they not mimic the stamp that gets the best price because of its reputation. Do the stamps matter at all, surely it would have nothing to do with it, doesnt it really come down to the quality of the actual cocaine.
