Anal use - Codeine administration techniques/pitfalls

Swim's expecting this thread to just go off big time.

He got hold of some 50 ml syringes, and will probably quite likely try the rectal administration method with codeine soon. However, he does not speak fag, and therefore has never shoved anything up his bum before (as far as he can remember).

If anyone has any tips for a first timer, who normally takes around 300 mg codeine phosphate orally, it would be appreciated.
