SWIM will attempt to post this so it is legible again. He found online an Opiate conversion chart that gives you the strength of opiates compared to both codeine and morphine and their equivalent doses.

SWIM found the chart for opiate conversions as they relate to codeine and morphine. Hope this helps. Sorry SWIM couldn't get it to post correctly. He is still a newbie. Feel free to help SWIM, he is nice and hopes you are nice too.
