Who first thought of making beer?

making beer is so damn complex. it requires such a long process of
distilling and fermentation and shit. but they have had it for like
thousands of years since the egyptians and shit. how the fuck did they
think of that? i bet the aliens gave it to them when they made the
pyramids.
