A question about the postal service(this DOES have relevance)

A friend of mine overseas in the UK might be able to get a few tabs of acid for me, since I'm not able to find any source in my area here in the US. I'm wondering, if she attaches the tabs to a strip of kids stickers included in a letter inside the envelope, is there any standard screening the postal services perform which might detect the tabs?

Hopefully someone has a decent answer for me. Also, very glad to be on the boards.
