Snorting - Heroin Nasal Spray

SWIM has heard of people using cold water extracted hydrocodone/oxycodone in nasal spray, and he was wondering if there is a method for doing this with heroin.

Well SWIM has known that people snort black tar heroin , first cooking it up to a liquid, and the same should work for H4(white east coast gear) as that can be snorted as powder itself, and is water soluble.

Is the idea to leave it in a nasal spray container, and take it periodically throughout the day>?

Not throughout the whole day, but yeah just for a few hours continuously while out partying or something. SWIM doesn't do well with snorting the powder itself as his nose is constantly stopped up due to sinuses and I don't like the fact that the powder gets stuck up there, it seems wasteful. A liquid heroin nasal spray would work wonders, if possible. How would someone go about liquifying the H to do this?

Swim belives someone has heard a mix with 2/3 water and it worked fine.........
But how would swim know?

It seems that most just put the powder in with a small amount of water and just shake it up then use the spray
