Purifying Tar heroin Problems

hey everyone.before i get down to my question i really want to thank the adm.and all the moderators for their time consuming tasks.it is most appreciated.Swim used the purifying recipe on swims' tar with excellent results before.the only change swim did was in the amoun t swim was purifying,i.e 1g vs 7gs.this tar is so sticky you can't just pulverize it to a powder,you just have to leave it in chuncks.so i wet product with 5ml of hcl enough to wet it.then added dh2o.this left dk.brown liquid.add one drop of ammonium and the mixture should turn milky.It hasnt and swim cant go any further.swim ended up putting quite a few drops of ammonium w/n visible reaction.what please anybody has happened.how can swim get at least some of the 7gs used,back?swim appreciates the time it takes to reply and swim read all through the archives looking for similar problems and didn't find anything.
