Opinions - How long until Zopiclone/Zimovane/Immovane kicks in?

Hi all,
Different sites tell me different things, so I was wondering about your personal experiences?
How long does it take for Zopiclone to kick in for you?
And if you get past, say, 2hours, does it mean it hasn't worked?

When SWIM tried Zopiclone it seemed to kick in after 20 minutes, and that was with 7.5mg. Effects were quite mild though, and not enjoyable - just tiredness and heavy limbs. SWIM dosed more on that same day, but no other effects were felt untill quite a long time later, when SWIM got some hallucinations (SWIM had 7.5mg, then another 7.5mg 1 hour later, followed by 15mg 5 hours after that - then 4.5 hours after that dose, the hallucinations started). SWIM's first dose was early in the day, so he thinks any hallucinogenic effects may be strongly influenced by whether you should be naturally tired anyway.

How much did you take, and when did you take it? Were any effects felt?
