Will euphoria return with GHB?

How long does "tolerance" last? I've tried going a few weeks at a time
off yet the euphoria is just a small shade of what it was when I first
started using

.

I've just lost interest in G because of this, when I used to consider it an amazing elixir that complimented life.

What receptors are responsible for the euphoria? Its not the GABA because I still get sedation.
