Other - Question about cleansing for a test (Meth)

Basic beginers question here for some of the old pro's.

SWIM rarely uses. But on Saturday SWIM did a couple of good sized lines of meth. There is a 50/50 chance SWIM could get piss tested on Tuesday night.

From what SWIM gathers (based on reading up on it) SWIM should likely be clean by then.

But are there any other extra precautionary measures SWIM could take (tons of water....etc?) just in case?

Drinks and foods that are very high in alkoliditiy increase the bio-availability in amphetamines. Ones high in acidity decrease the bio-availbity and cause it to metabolize faster. So my best advise would be to go on google and find out which foods and drinks have a very high acidity and consume alot of it.

swim has had urine tests 24-26 hours after smoking meth, and results were returned clean. takes 24-48 hours to be clear from urine.

there are tests that can be bought from marijuana paraphernalia shops here in oz. swim knows people who have used them successfully to mask the methamphetamines and marijuana in their systems. swim cant remember the name of this particular test shes thinking of..

it works by replacing the "stuff" normally present in urine, but youre actually giving a "dilute" urine sample. if that makes sense. might be called quick flush or something like that.

All was well. SWIM found some home piss test kits online for less than $2 so he picked up a bunch.

Looks like with water and heavy physical activities SWIM can party like a rock-star for a couple days and still be clean about 68-72 hours later.....any less then that and the tests show positive.

yeah for recreational use its done and dusted from the urine within 48 hours. careful with water intake, because its possible to return a "dilute" test. depending on what the tests are for, this can be equivalent to returning a dirty test tbh.

swim got booted out of rehab for a dilute test once, and she hadnt even used ffs. she only drank 2 cups of tea between 5am-9am. that was enough to give a dilute reading. she had the flu at the time, and thinks this may have also been a factor in the test result.

*dont be confused with the statement swim made a couple posts above about passing with dilute urine, you can only pass if you take a solution to replace the "stuff" (metabolytes?) in the urine.

I gotcha.
The tests that SWIM got a hold of had not only the dip stick for testing but also a seperate dip stick to test the PH, test for over diluted samples and elevated level of 5 or 6 other things. Kind of cool actually.

As much H2o as I put away, I was good. So I am not worried in the least.
