codeine compared to oxy

SWIM ahs been using oxy for a while now, ranging from doses from 20-40mg recently but his supply ran out and can now only get codeine based products he received a total of 3000mg of codeine for a generous price (100 pills, tec 3 and mcneil 3). He just ingested 4 pills and doesn't want to have anymore w/o CWE. Would it be fair to compare one pill of t3 to one percocet or is it not quite that. SWIM just doesn't want to waste his money so what exactly could you compare 20-25 mg of oxy to codeine? Also does the tums potentiation work for codeine? Not feeling much yet.. maybe just placebo he took these about 10-15 min ago.
