somethin to help you users out :P
swm heard alot of people end upwith constipation when takeing codeine especially when you take it like 3 days ina row. as swim had this weekend. swin was unfortunate enough to have been diagnosed with hemaroids a few months back and as it was a bit before he started useing codeine. swim jsut wanted to tell you all how useful metamucil is.
you can get it at many places easy, and takeing it twice or once a day can really help your stomach out and in the long run will save you alot of effort and discomfort. swims lucky to have been told to take this stuff as it helped alot.
