focalin xr and exercise

hey there, so SWIM has a prescription for focalin xr, 60 10mg pills a month. SWIM uses these pills both licitly and illicitly and has found that even when on the prescribed dose SWIM experiences profuse sweating, and extremely elevated heart beat and dizziness when exercising. Is this normal? It seems to make sense but SWIM has heard exercise recommended as an aid to ease the comedown so SWIM wanted to check.
