swim has heard before that one can get drunk off of hand sanitizer

swim has a "top care" brand hand sanitizer, and he wonders if it safe enough(only active ingredient is ethyl alcohol 62%)

however, in the inactive ingredients section, there is benzophenon-4, carbomer, fragrance, glycerin, isopropyl myristate, propylene glycol, tocopheryl acetate, water

Do not drink hand sanitizer. Even though the only active ingredient is ethanol, it more than likely contains other ingredients such as isopropanol which can cause blindness if ingested. Please check out:

SWIU (someone who isn't us) should probably have a sticky saying something like:

" Drinking; Mouthwash, Handsoap, Denatured alcohol, Propan-2-ol, methanol, ect will do you no favours, and might send you blind."
