i was wondering if any one knows that when your PO sends in your urine sample if they are just doing the expanded test for the other drugs and the alcohol etg and all that fun shit just to see if youve been fucking around are just send it through the GC MS right away r is that just a confirmation test kinda thing

okay what i am trying to ask is the GC MS just a confirmation test done when you get positive result on one of your panel test or do they just send it right through the machine

Swim had a PO that directly told him that all UA's are tested with test strips.If they show up negative your good to go.If anything comes up positive then the Gas Chromotography Mass Spectometry test is the follow up test to confirm positive and they are said to be extremely accuratehttp://www.prenhall.com/settle/chapters/ch31.pdf
It is possible they ay do things differently in different states,but if they sent every UA via GCMS test it would be pretty costly.
