GBL and Wellbutrin

Hi I am a long-time lurker but this is my first post.

OK so SWIM has been taking GBL for anxiety for nearly 6 months. This has been a good thing as now SWIM doesn't need to take Valium (that SWIM had been using for over 7yrs) and other anti-anxiety medications also... other than avoiding addiction and withdrawal problems SWIM can't seem to find fault with usage (health issues). While the dosage has progressed to 24/7 before, SWIM has learned to not use GBL for sleep and uses only during the day and cuts off before sleep, this means SWIM can sleep at night and doesn't crave the GBL all the time. Also SWIM's GBL supply has run out on numerous occasions and SWIM has become familiar with withdrawal and how to deal with it.

So anyway.... SWIM feels ready to start dealing with issues of depression and ADD and is about to start taking Wellbutrin. SWIM is happy with using GBL for anxiety and would prefer not to stop using the GBL. Does anyone know if there are any adverse effects from combining the two or does anyone currently use this combination? Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.
