Hydromorphone 4mg

Ok, so i have about 100 4mg pills, and i want to know how i should take them. IVing them isn't an option. I hear they're short lived, so i wanna know how to get hte best buzz.........I usually sniff 40 mg oc's and chew up 80mg, or I chew up a whole bunch of Norco's. This past weekend I wore a 75Mcg Fentenyl Patch and sucked on two lollipops. Thats where my tollerance is................Now how should I take these pills? Should i sniff them, or take them orally? Or both? And how many would you recommend I take?

With that kind of a tolerence u should be able to start off by snorting 2 or 3 of them no problem and just take it from there. The nod and whatnot may seem short lived but the hydromorphone is very powerful and stays in the system a while. But if your used to oxycodone and fentanyl u should know your limits with opies already so u should be fine.


Man i wish i had 100 4's. Ha i know i always say this, but pills are gittin rare around here

I know you said using the dillies iv wasn't really an option but...


At first when i gotmypills(2mg dillies) i tried snortin them like i did with my 20's,40's,and 80's oc'sEven doing like 10 to 12 mg's there was little to no effect. i tried chewing em up still barely anything. As ashamed as i am to say it since i always heard that hydomorphone was so good i even tried them rectally.


So i did a little research, mostly this forum actually and decided to use IV.I had never used any drug iv until i tried hydromorphone.


At first i tried 2mg's and it was like god gave me a big hug and said everything is gunna be alright. The rush is just so incredible its hard to explain. Looking back 2mg's seems like such a small dose. Your tolerance grows VERY quickly. Before the terminally ill man i was getting them from died a couple weeks back i was easily doing 10-12 mg's in a shot, which isnt even that much compared to a couple of other users on this board.


Im just trying to say that for the most part, it seems that dilaudid/hydromorphoneis really only buzzworthy if IVed, of course this is my opinion.

Im an iv user and when anyone has asked a question about it i have given the advice i thought best or encouraged them to use the search engine, including u h8ed. But i have never encouraged someone to use the needle, especially when they said they werent into it. I think crossing the final fronteir is someones personal choice, one they come to on their own.

No biggie man, i was just doin the same-voicing my opinion. Its just that with the ultimate highs come the ultimate lows. I havent suffered physical withdrawls yet, i donno why. They may come someday, probably will, who knows, ive been doing this more than 2 years now, still waitin. Prescriptions are gettin low around this way so that will probably save me. I know about mental addiction with crack and all, but the sickness still eludes me.


Anyway, for me the needle is kind of a sacred thing. Shooting up truely is a ritual. But it can come at a tremendous price so i dont advocate it in any way. Especially here where i notice more and more newbies who are obviously in their teens, alot under 18 no doubt. Everyone finds their own way i guess.....

I love hydromorphone and Im not an IV user. I dont find it shortlived at all. you need to drink some juice before hand. but man hydrmorphone is the bee's knees usually lasts around 6 for me ~ with hydrocodone and 1.5x oxy length ( and yet only half of M S)

If you want to get off on them and don't want to IV them. Then the best way to go would be to snort them. You have quite a tolerance, but I would still recommend starting low and working your way up to be safe.

Dude, it was my post. I don't mind your opinion. Scarred shitless to put a needle in my arm. So i sniffed and ate them. but i found a really great use for them. THey helped me beat my withdrawls when i ran out of the vikes, oxy's and patches. It eased the pain. Now i have other questions.........if any of you guys are on, can you please look at my posts on MS contin? Thanks.............and Opinions are opinions and i love when people share theirs. I also have large prescriptions for dilaudid and I find the bestway is IM injection you are right IV is very short acting and obviously more dangerous I find an IM injection in the shoulder or butt cheak of 16-20 mg lasts for several hours and you still get aquick come on and a rush comperable to iv

Yeah I just eat them. Despite what some say oral hydromorphine works just fine. No need for the needle.

Had so many I found a bottle of 250 I didn't know about just the other day

imo, for the best dilly rush, nothing beats iv injection.

I have been using fentanyl & OC's (when I can get them) and
oxycodone (a couple times a day usually, I got them for cronic
migraines, and it went downhill from there), yeah I'm pretty addicted
but anyways, I tried to detox and realized I like being high a lot more
than trying to get off the stuff. Anyways, to make a long story short
on my third day of detox I was in horrible pain and with a headache
that was making me want to go insane, so I went to the hospital, and of
course I said nothing of my habit, and then they gave me dilaudid by
injection which was probaly the most euphoric thing I have done so far,
it was a fantastic feeling and I don't even think it was very much. Now
maybe it was because I hadn't used in 3 days and anything would have
been great then. So I ended up leaving the hospital with 2 dilaudid
(can't remember if they were 2's or 4's) and a script for oxycodone. I
used this forum which I have lurked on forever (sorry this is my first
post and it's very long and probaly a little incoherent) I found how to
IV them, I did and it was great, if I can get more dilaudid that is the
only way I think I will do them.

swi m is on 3 24mg hydromorph contin a day and is an iv user and wishes swim could stop, but swim like swim said is using a great deal a day and swim runs out and has to go 2-3 days without and swim gets real sick but swim has access to methadone and that helps alot, but if swim had any advice to give anyone it would be, ya iv gives a big rush and feels good, but it brings along with it the monkey on your back and it makes you real sick, swim would say leave the iv alone, plus doctors dont think of you as a person and nither does nurcess, swim has a real hard time if swim has to go to the hospital for any emerg reason, a nurse just saw swim and told swim to go home,, never evan let swim tell the nurse what was wrong, so iv has its downs as well..swim has been on dilaudid and hydromorph contin for 4.5 years now from a real bad accedent at work...swim wishes swim could find a good synthesis for dilaudid, swim has one for harroin but swim has never tried harroin and swim has tried morphine and swim hated the pins and needels from moraphine and thinks haroin might have the same effect.

Neddles scare the shiat out of me you can keep them swim sniffed 1 4mgand 1 4mg swallowed so lets see what happens swim is 305 pounds so is that enough ?swim likes better the cocacola but its not by him so this will do
