MDMA (or other SRI) after Tryptophan use??

Hello,

I use daily 700mg of L-Tryptophan on doctors advise because of my low serotine levels (measured in serum).

Does anyone know how long SWIM should stop using Trypotophan, before safe using MDMA, Tramaldol or other serotonine releasers or re-uptake inhibitors to avoid Serotonine Sydrome or excessive serotonin in the brain?

Is that a day, a week or serveral weeks? What is safe? Please advise.
