what to do??
AFOAF has taken 2mg of clonzapam earlier, about 5 hour ago. he has a pretty decent tolerance to opiates, usually can take about 30mg of hydrocodone a day easily. anyways, he has 2-50mg demerol, 5 -37.5 tramadol and 5- 1 mg clonzapam.
What would some good recommendations be with this available mixture?

SWIM would take it all, but hes got quite a tolerance.

For SWIM benzos don't get him high, they are for calming down, and going to sleep when agitated.
SWIM would save them for when they are really needed. And 30mg of hydro is not that much for swim either. SWIM kinda hates tramadol, it gives him crappy feelings withdrawing off it, worse than hydro.
