Considering buying some Moonshine
Any moonshine drinkers out there? Can get a bottle full of the stuff off a buddy for a cheap price. Never had it before. What's the truth about moonshine and hallucinations. What are the best drugs to have with it?

the truth about moonshine is you will not hallucinate. its basically very strong illegally brewed liqour. expect to only be able to handle a few shots. oh yea, tastes way worse too. at least thats been my experience with it.

If in doubt, run it through charcoal.

Where have you heard of moonshine making you hallucinate? I've never
heard of any alcohol (no matter how strong) making you hallucinate unless it had another substance in it (as the famous absinthe with wormwood in it)...but moonshine alone? Never heard of that. I've tried pretty sprong stuff...I one had 7 (or 8 can't remember exactly) shots of Bacardi 151 (151 proof) and I knocked completly out withing an hour and a half of consuming it. I also once had 3 shots of Everclear and thats 180 proof (90% alcohol). On neither experiences did I hallucinate. |

The moonshine over here is made with potatoe and turnip. I highly doubt it makes you hallucinate as well but it's just a thing people say about it.

moonshine is just alcohol, plain & raw. utterly tasteless but it will make you drunk.

I heard that mescal may have some strange effects (not as "psychedelic" than absinth is, but I heard there could be some kind of "high" different than an alcohol high attached to it). Is that true?
