Oral use - New batch of seeds, need advise!!!

Hey sorry to be a pain to anyone in this enquiry but am in somewhat of a hurry to find my answer by tomoz as SWIM has today recieved a new batch of Hawaiian Baby Woodrose seeds for a journey planned tomorow, from a different supplier than usually he would use.
Problem with these seeds is that they seem to be a much lighter brown than they usually would be when hes had them previously (a kinda dark ocre brown, similar to a dry liberty cap growing in a field, free of its morning slimeyness from damp)... could this be to do with the fact they are for sure from Hawaii, thus giving a slight difference in shade, or could they just be already shelled...?
Any advise on this would be ace! So thankyou loads in advance!

Again i apologise for the thread if its a problem to anyone, just SWIM hasnt had time to do a great deal of research into LSA seeds, unlike the other ethnobotanics he's writing about...silly him to leave it all last minute i guess.

Well... once swim bought some hbwr seeds, and their color ranged from light brown to dark brown... so swim thinks its an usual thing.
