Anervan (Meprobamate, Caffeine, Ergotamine and more)

Any recreational value in the migraine drug Anervan?
Swim just got prescribed these pills.
They contain:
Meprobamat 100mg
Caffeine 50mg
Chlorcyclizin 10mg
Ergotamine 0.5mg

Since they are a combo pill, Swim is afraid to take more than the prescribed max.
He knows meprobamat is recreational, but is not sure about the dosage, and if the other drugs will give side effects before he can get up to a high enough dosage on the meprobamat.
