When to eat before MDMA to prevent sickness?

My goldfish is taking some MDMA tomorrow. She's done this quite a few times before though last time she felt a bit sick all night, which she thinks might be due to when she ate.

Is it best for the goldfish to take MDMA on an empty or full stomach? When should she eat prior to dropping?
