Health - Should I even try to get a script?

Hey, swim used adderall in the past (for roughly a month period) daily and loved it but stoped for several months.

Since his grades have insanely drop (from 70-80% to 30%s etc.).

He researched online and personally believes he would greatly benefit from a legit adderall prescription. He also has read somewhere else about maybe telling the doc maybe about his caffeine usage. He recently had a bad experience week or two ago taking 2 grams of caffeine trying to "self-medicate" and "wake" himself up and starting thinking maybe about bringing this up.

He has a marijuana possession on his record proballey tho.

Any input would be awsome, should I try too go to the doc?
