Experiences - Xanax (Alprazolam) making me tired all of a sudden?

I have been taking Xanax for almost 5 months now. When I first started takingit Ikinda got addicted to it and started taking between 10-20mgs a day and didn't get tired at all. Two months ago I new I had a prnlem so I stopped taking them and gave the rest to my sister.


About a month later I decided to buy some more but be responsible and only take the recommended dose of .5-1.5mgs a day (I really do have extreme anxiety). But now If I take just .5mgs in the morning a few hours later I am tired as hell and usually have to take a nap. Before I would wake up and take two to three bars and not get tired at all. Why am I getting so tired all of a sudden? I stopped taking DXM a few weeks ago and only take Hydrocodone maybe once a week, other than that I dont take anything.
