Combinations - Sleeping and Adderall

Swim got 10 Adderall XR 10mg's and has been snorting about 15mg through out yesterday and today to catch up on projects. Last night swim could not get to sleep at all because of the insomnia side-effect. Any ideas for swim on how to get to sleep easier? swim has some tylenol PM's and one 100mg seroquill, will those put him too sleep if he is just starting to come down? Or is swim destined for another night of lying in bed awake?

don't take seroquel if you taking anderall. bad move. benzos itself will do!

Expect the after-effects to last up to 10-14 hours after ingestion (this can vary greatly, but assume swiy is sensitive to start with) and try to keep a reasonable window of time between the last time of ingestion and the time swiy wishes to get to sleep. Acetaminophen / paracetamol / tylenol can help with muscle aches resulting from the adderall, and diphenhydramine can help make swiy drowsier, which may reduce sleep latency. Would be careful about resorting to polysubstance use just to counter stimulant side-effects though. Being more careful about how one uses the stimulants is a better way to go.

Swim usually takes nighttime alka-seltzer cold plus... works great for swim.

Trazodone (300mgs at least) usually works for SWIM, as long as she hasn't taken TOO MUCH Adderall. IDK if you could get any Trazodone, but that's SWIM's suggestion since it works for her.
