semi-legal drugs and public intoxication
Right okay, interesting one here guys. Let's assume SWIM was a little high on stims, he felt pretty great and his pupils were like flying saucers.
The drugs he was on were NOT schudeled so no amphetamines, mdma or cocaine. The drugs used were research chemicals but they aren't exactly legal for human comsumption like alcohol or caffeine is. However the intoxication takes place around night clubs were alot of people are drunk/intoxicated anyway. SWIM knows it would deffo be illegal to wonder around druk/intoxicated in the daytime around children and people. So you've just been searched by the police and you have a bag with the chemical name on the front (AND NOT SO IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S BEING PASSED OFF AS SOMETHING ELSE). What happens now? Tony Williams added 4 Minutes and 50 Seconds later... Just read this on Wiki. By manifestly drunk it means it's clear that you are drunk, ie, shouting, causing harm to other people, unable to balance. Last edited by Tony Williams; 06-05-2009 at 20:37.
