TOP class tryptamines

I'm searching for very very mystical/spiritual/insightful experiences.


Most people seem to say that the best tryptamines for this are


lsd , 4-ho-mipt , dpt and 5-meo-dmt


What do you guys think...


I mean if you have experience with several different tryptamines, please tell which ones did feel the most spiritual/insightful ANDplease tell us the list of the all tryptamines you have experience with (so we know what "references" you have when judging some compound as a "very spiritual & insightful" substance)Edited by: genaro

I've done lsd up to 3mg (30hits), 5-meo-dmt IV up to 80mg or so (dont ever do this), 4-ho-mipt recently at 25mg, 4-ho-dipt up to 22mg, as well as 4-acetoxy-dipt a few times though all eyeballed ranging from around 15mg to about 40mg. I've also eaten 7+ grams of shrooms at least 30 times, a few times up to a half ounce.


A lot of people would disagree but I don't really find the 5-meo-dmt to be very spiritual or insightful. It's like a wave of brutal terror that comes and goes before you really have time to notice it. At extreme doses I don't remember anything at all, and at lower doses I often don't "break through." Once in a while I hit the mark just right but even then I'm always disappointed in some way.


4-ho-mipt is great, I'm not sure if I would ever call my experience with it mystical, as I spent most of the trip trying to get laid, and the rest of the trip fucking. Although I really found myself exploring all the quirks of human nature on it. Shrooms always does this to me too. It's almost the opposite of spiritual, or maybe entirely spiritual - it depends on how the universe really is. It deffinately puts me in touch with my carnal apetites.


4-ho-dipt is fairly powerful but deffinately not profound.


I don't know if anything can really be said about LSD that hasn't been said already. It's the king. I can spin off the fucking planet with enough acid.

IMO 4hodipt is like sugar water, I could take 50 doses and barely have what youd call an "insightful" experience, I could really only advise this for beginners.


4homipt is very decent, but not for the uninitiated


5meoDMT is more of a narcotic than a halucinogen


LSD, is beautiful, really it is, BUT I find that it doesnt hold my attention too well, and it certainly doesnt have the appeal of some of the more exotic tryptamines


DPT IMO has fully earned its title as "the sacrament", but its expensive and horrible on the body (just consuming it is torture)

well, I am not sure if I agree on 5-meo-dmt, it is THE trip for me, but.. on the other hand, it is difficult to get enough lsd here to try that on high doses, I've only gone to ~300µg, but sure that was nice. Miprocin gets very strong after 30mg, iprocin is indeed weaker cousin but it is strong enough (to me) over 40mg to get rid of my ego (but still no dose of iprocin has ever been as strong as miprocin over 30mg). Perhaps 5-meo-mipt is one of the good ones too, maybe I can test it one day myself.

I repeat what I said earlier, the mystical/spiritual experience is more connected to your own mind and surroundings (set & setting folks) than really the substance (at least after certain level, say ~200µg lsd or equivalent of other things). So take care of your set + setting factors and any decent psychedelic will do.

LSD is definitely right up there, alongside mushrooms for me, and mescaline (I know that's not a tryptamine). They're the only three that really do it - some others have got close (eg DPT) but so far no others have ever actually delivered.

I'm thinking that the spiritual/mystical quailty of psychedelics is directly tied into a persons belief system. I'm an agnostic and I find most of my psychedelic experiences have a very grounded vibe. I explore the complexities of reality rather than fantasy. Even when I'm totally blown away, which happens from time to time, Iregard those experiences as I would the kind of trip I have every night when I go to sleep, like a dream.


I'm willing to bet it's the other way around for your average dizzy, loopy elf chasing nut from Iceland - they believe in fairies for goodness sake. I'm sure someone like that would dose the same psychedelic as me and have a completely different experience, full of all sorts of hocus pocus nonsense.Edited by: moldie

All those reports (Erowid) of people having extremely adverse
psychological and physical reactions to 5-MeO-DMT give me
pause. It sounds like there's a chance it could be amazing, but
too much risk that it could be really bad. <!--

4aces,iprocin and5meo-dipt are interesting not really that insightfull have some interesting qualities

While I know that many regard foxy as more of an
aesthetic/tactile/"museum"-type compound, I personally had a VERY
profound ++++ on it at about 22-27 mg. at Burning Man. I have had
very intense and profound experiences with DPT, but it doesn't "unify"
me with the onerous God-consciousness OHMMMM Kundalini energy that
5-MeO-DMT does. It (5-MeO) is like being crucified by white
lightning.

I have yet to bioassay the 4-HO(AcO)-DIPT or 4-HO(AcO)-MIPT, but
SWIM has access to some 4-AcO-MIPT, and has heard good things about it,
and hopes to explore it soon.

I have also had ++++ experiences on LSD, mushrooms, and 2C-T-7, and n,n-DMT.

i have tried LSD, LSA, DPT, AMT, mushrooms, 4ho mipt, 4 ho dipt, 5 meo dipt, 5 meo mipt amd 5 meo dmt.



The one's i found to consistantly produce religious type experiences
are LSD at high doses (4+hits), mushrooms at high doses (5g), DPT
(85-100mg).



I get spiritual trips with 5 meo dmt, HBWR seeds and miprocin but not
as often as with the ones i listed above ( i also havent experimented
with these as much. I think that once the dose is at the high end of
the spectrum religious experiences are more likely to happen.)



Iprocin has produced 1 spiritual trip for me and the other tryptamines
i tried have been good recreational substances and i only have limited
experience with them. Im planning on experiementing mroe with 5 meo
mipt because i have heard good things about it at high doses. The
highest i tried so far is 12mg.



You should also look into getting some DMT. i havent tried it yet but hear nothing but good things about it.

I like LSD the best for your goal. Down 5+ (last time I needed to
work out my problems, I simply ate a 10 strip. Perfed white
blotter, very good!)

I second that sentiment-- the compound is merely the
catalyst. Treat your entheogenic experience with ritual,
reverence, and spiritual discipline/respect, and it might show you a
whole other side of its effects on the mind and conscious-body.

I agree with Eirias on this topic...



Sometimes I even doubt there is "the perfect substance" since every
user is different and uses a substance different. For example myself
... I have deepest insights and experiences with Tryptamines but I
don't go that far with Dissociatives like DXM or Keta. But these users
have similar philosophical and religious experiences and conclusions.
It seems to me they 're heading for the same goal with another way and
another "fuel". Since I never learned it with the dissociatives I don't
use them so often so I would always prefer tryptamines.

The same principle works for just the different tryptamines. I couldn't
get much out of 5-meo-mipt will not take it that often. But I read
several reports (and I believe them) that this is a great and valuable
compound even for people looking for spiritual experiences.



But I also have my favourites and so I write them down:

Hello? People? DMT! DMT, DMT, DMT! Anyone who thinks anything
good about DPT should really get on the DMT bandwagon. It's like
DPT only moreso. Like, an order of magnitude moreso. It's
like DPT on DPT. Ok, not really at all, but in terms of strength
it is. Not really fun or good for anybody, and it's harder on the
psyche than anything else, but it sure does some awesome things.



In terms of what I like, 4-ho-DMT is the most clasically fun.
It's like a vacation from everything bad. I feel extremely
relaxed, and disconnected from everything that bothers me, but not in a
"I forget/am too fucked up to care" way, but in a "I realize how stupid
it is to to feel bad about such stupid shit" way. Very positive.



LSD is great, but every time I try to use is, my set/setting goes
wrong. I really need to get to a rave sometime soon... I
wants the blasting techno music to make my acid work.
