swim's question about a relapse

could swiy elaborate? did they have three days clean, cold-turkey, and then used?

if this is the case, it will probably set swiy back, but it's hard to say how much without knwoing how much was used, for how many days, etc.

swim's friend's cousin was [from what i have heard] doing about a quarter to a whole gram a day for the last 3 months..
swim's friend's cousin was a recreational user before that off and on...weekend warrior ect.
swim's friend tell's me his cousin is ashamed of relapsing and wishes he wasn't such a dumbass.

swim's friend's cousin want's to know was all that pain stress sweating cramps not being able to hold down a glass of water without it coming out of one end or the other in 30 second's ect.. for nothing?

swim's friend's cousin want's to stop..need's to stop has lost major wieght and realized it's now obvious to his friend's and co-worker's...

swim's friend told me he is scared and need's advice.

another thing swim's friend's cousin has going on that is a problem is his roomate is a heavy user as well..

Sounds like cousin knows what needs to be done.......
Cousin should look at his 3days clean against his 1 day dirty and don't beat himself up over it.......He had 3 days...........try to add to that.
Immodium for the toilet time,also helps to keep him hydrated during the process.
Cousin sounds like he is in Panic mode and is borrowing problems from the future....
Cousin SUTSE he will find alot of info on this board on advice for things to make withdrawal a little easyier...........
To help pass the time.......read every thread on the board.Again tell cousin not to stress over a small relapse,let it pass and get back to adding to clean time........

using on the 3rd day of cold turkey generally sets you back to square one in swims experience.

its not impossible to get clean whilst living with another user, however it makes things extremely difficult on yourself. the added temptation and "partner in crime" relationship is hard to shake.
