Mushrooms and Seroquel

Swim has been on 25 mgs of seroquel for awhile now and has been wondering about taking mushrooms. How long would swim have to abstain from this relatively small amount of seroquel to trip? Also, swim is not bipolar and doesn't have any mental problems as the seroquel is taken for sleep.
