Drug info - Meth and Ice

Are Meth and 4-methyl-aminorex (Ice/Ephoria) the same drug? When researching 4-methyl-aminorex most articles refference Methamphetamine. Can someone explain the difference?

Slang, SWIM saysyes, it's the same essentially. Do a search here. Lots of info. The "hardcore" folks like to talk composition and all that, but for the most part, it's the same thing according to SWIM. Unless you are a chemist, you don't really know what you get, illegal drugs kinda just work that way.
SWIM will probably get a bit of attack for this, but oh well. She just hates the "smarty-pants" folks who come on here w/their little chemical compound pics and try and be all intellectual about meth. It's speed, it's cut with god knows what, it's expensive, it's addictive. SWIM sometimes gets good shit, sometimes its not so good, SWIM has no idea what is in it, doesn't really care, as long as it works to the desired effect.
But meth slang is all over the board, so many factors, SWIM won't even try to list them all. For her, meth is crank, ice, glass, crystal.
