Health - Large Needles? And liquid fentanyl?

Swim's father is an anesthesiologist(also know as a "drug doctor") and Swim decided to mainline for his first time. He took one of his fathers needles which was 20 gauge I believe, its HUGE, and has been using that because it was the only ones he could find. Is this going to leave Swim with bad track marks, and is it ok to reuse such a large needle with proper care and cleaning? Also is there a way for Swim to aquire smaller needles legally?(Rite Aid or some pharmacy?)

On a side note Swim took 4 100cc bottles of liquid fentanyl(Sufentanil or Sufenta) from his father's medical supplies. Swim has no experiance with fentanyl and does not know the amount to mainline. Swim usually mainlines 2, 20 bags of decent dope for a hard nod.

Sufentanil is CONSIDERABLY more powerful than fentanyl -- which is nothing SWIM should be injecting as a newbie anyway. And a 20 gauge needle is likely to leave SWIM with tracks he can run a train on.

Unless SWIM has a death wish, I would say "don't do it."

Red ROck isn't quite sure on the dose for the fentanyl but he knows that it seems dangerous if one doesn;t have a high tolerance to opiates to be IV'ing fentanyl. As for the needles, try to get a higher gauge needle which means smaller size needle. Go for 26-30 or something in that range. Search around on here on DF about how to aquire needles. There are many ways such as online and pharmacies.

To provide accurate information, SWIM would need to know what the concentration of sufentanyl to liquid is (i.e. 100ug/10ml or 100ug/ml). He doesn't think its usage is out of question, as the preparation you have is likely highly dilute and thus really suited for self-administration. SWIM cannot be sure without information regarding concentration, so please post this and SWIM will answer

Not to mention those drugs are HIGHLY controlled, monitored, and accounted for in audits and SWIY's father is likely to get into some shit when they're discovered missing and could, in fact, lose his license. Put it back and don't be a wanker.

For those Swimmers worrys about me returning the fent, it is no problem as it is perscribed to himself, and Swim has on numerous occasions taken liquid morphine and other medications and Swims father has confronted Swim about it without a problem(Swim's father is a bit of an opiate explorer himself). The fent is 100ug/10ml and Swim took 5ml diluided with water and Swim felt quite stoned and passed out 2 hours into the trip, but the euphoric effects are quite lacking.

Swim is also wondering if there is a way to rid of his trackmarks as the Swimmer above said you could just about run all over them.

Well, Fent isn't particularly "euphoric" either. Nor is it long-acting. It's muscle relaxant/respiratory depressant properties outlast it's analgesic properties in IV formulation. Major complication of IV Fent is chest wall paralysis or rigidity. SWIY will be conscious, but mechanically unable to breathe if they fuck up the dose, push too fast, or use to much cumulatively over time.

SWIY is playing with fire.

Regardless, IV Fent should ALWAYS be pushed SLOWLY(over 3-5 minutes) because this phenomena is much more common with high doses or fast pushes of low-ish doses.

50-100ug is a decent dose, however SWIM has done much more. As an easier poster said, OD is dangerous as hell- but if SWIM starts slow, has an opiate tolerance, and knows what he is doing, he will likely be fine. Just make sure SWIY has a sober friend around, because a hospital trip (and a shot or Naloxone) will reverse opiate OD. Be careful, but if SWIY is tolerant, and follows extreme precautions, then SWIM thinks its straight.
