Adderall and taste and hearing

So, Swim and Swim's friend were having a friendly little debate. Swim's friend claims that his hearing, taste, and sight are enhanced on adderall. He said he can taste/detect more flavors in food, as well as "smell better". Swim doesn't believe him, thinks that even though adderall is technically psychoactive, the effects are more on the body/ physical. What do you think?
