ecstasy reducing spinal fluids?

so one of swims friends friends has been complaining about his back hurting and thinks its because of rolling but he has only done it twice an there was about a 3 month gap in between the times rolling. swim himself thinks its not the ecstasy beacuse he does it once a month and has had no problems yet. so just looking to see what your guys inputs are on this and if you think swims friend is just jumping to conclusions.
