Archie has been searching the forums for a definitive theoretical guide on how to prepare 5mg Oxycodone tabs for SAFE and CLEAN intravenous use. He found some great information on this thread:

It seems the safest and cleanest way to prepare O.C. (clean O.C. not percoset or percodan) is to crush the pill, add H20, add citric acid, heat "gently from underneath", filter, and it's ready to go.
If Archie understands correctly, the citric acid and the heat are the two catalysts that release the pure oxycodone from the nasty vein clogging binders.
Archie did not see anywhere in this thread (or anywhere else) how he determines the quantity of H2O and citric acid to use per 5 mg pill.
Is quantity as important to use as a guide, or would he be able to use a digital pH meter on the O.C./H20/Citric Acid solution to determine a successful release of the binders?
Archie fears not as much the binders as a TOO acidic solution burning it's way up the veins...
Would this process work with 10mg brand name Oxycontin or would the process need to be changed?
Archie also wonders if the binder free "clean" O.C. solution could be evaporated and either snorted or smoked.
Archie apologizes if this has been covered in another thread - he's done plenty of UTFSE to give up and try a new thread with these specific questions.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

BTW, Archie viewed a YouTube video of British scientists demonstrating purifying heroin with citric acid. He's unsure how (or even if) this applies to O.C. & citric acid preparation.
