Cannabis Alchemy
Everything you ever wanted to know about making hash in the home lab. After you've isolated the THC, Cannabis Alchemy goes into processing it into THC Acetate (a rare and highly active form of THC) and other isomers, further refinement, and then finishing it into usable end products, block hash, honey oil, and even reapplying it to whole buds.
There has been quite a bit of concern over a lack of warnings in this book and it's generally difficulty to follow. Some of the reactions require an isolation fume hood, these should NOT be undertaken by an amateur as poisoning and explosions can follow. There is apparently a book called Dr. Atomic's Marijuana Multiplier, which is supposed to be a follow up book to clarify the faults in Cannabis Alchemy. I have not yet had a chance to revue this book, but it come HIGHLY recommended, so much so that they really aught be purchased together.
Still despite it's faults, Cannabis Alchemy really is a fantastic guide for those who wish to explore some if the more ignored veins in THC chemistry. It's sad that the price of pot is so high these days, it really makes it cost prohibitive to perform such experiments.
