Arthritis Entheogens

Supposing SWIM had arthritis and was on the following medication:

Methotrexate 8 x 2.5mg pills once a week
Folic Acid 5mg once a week
Sulfasalazine 6 x 500mg a day
Omeprazole 20mg once a day
Ibuprofen 3-4 x 400mg pills a day

Would SWIM encounter any nasty side effects or feel particularly ill from taking any entheogens? Kratom would be the one SWIMwas most interested in.

Does anyone else with arthritis on similar medication regularly use any entheogen in particular?
