CWE question

Already searched and tried to find the answer im lookin for in all the threads that i could find.
But when swim reads the faq's about CWE's they all say the amount of water to use is measured in mLs, but swims problem is is that he doesnt have a measuring cup.

so what would be his best bet in measuring the amount of water he needs to use.

One faq said to use 2mls of water per every T3 pill.

He is planning on using five of the T3s so that would mean i need to use 10 mls. What would be the closest thing to 10 mLs?

Any and all replies will be appreciated.
