Other - getting chemicals for synth

swim is growing his own poppies and when he bleeds them he wants to further synth the opium to heroin. he has found a reliable method to do this and is trying to obtain the neccesary chemicals and materials. he understands he will need:
calcium hydroxide
ammonium chloride
hydrochloric acid
activated charcoal
acetic anhydride
ether
ethyl alcohol

if this list is incorrect or incomplete please let me know, but the real reason im posting is because i have found a website where i can buy all of these materials but i was suprised at this and want to know if there is any reason i shouldn't order them?

aa is not so watched if you buy a smallish amount--you WILL need a business address
ethyl ether can be extracted easily from starting fluid
be careful and it can be used well
also--it is not necessary in h production--other chems will work

everything else is simple
slaked lime etc etc
just look up what chems are used for in ordinary life and you are set

Just out of interest, isn't the ether extracted from starter fluid full of other nasty shit too? I read about extracting ether from starting fluid years ago and how simple it is but some of the other 'ingredients' remain in the ether layer.

When i was reading this i believe the context was people actually abusing the ether rather than using it for any chemical process. Never the less, if other stuff does remain in the extracted ether, surely this could cause problems when using it for experimental purposes?

I really don't know much about these things, only what i have read, i just brought it up out of curiosity. That and my fiend said he remembers thinking about trying it after he saw Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas when they were on ether, heh.
