Prozac after Ecstasy negates brain damage - anyone confirm?

SWIM in the past years read a number of studies about ecstasy and brain damage, most of which concluded that it only occurs with extreme doses and/or over a prolonged period.

SWIM also recalls reading something about brain damage coming from an oversaturation of seratonin finding its way into other receptors or something like that. Anyways, SWIM read and heard the rumor around that taking prozac after the roll is over can negate all (most of?) the negative effects.

Here's a couple web sites for instance which mention that:

Can anyone seriously confirm or deny this?
