Experiences - Mind blowing come up, has anyone else had this?

As standard SWIM uses ~0.3g pure MDMA on a night out, from a trusted source, splitting it into three bombs and dosing about an hour between each. This generally works just fine for him, creating a great experience, though not turning him into an e-tard and saving him from a hideous comedown.

Nonetheless, the other week he did just that which some crunchy clearish/browny stuff and although it's frequently taken him up to an hour to come up and it's generally pleasantly gradual, this time SWIM came up after just 20 minutes and the effects were way too intense.

Sitting down with friends in a club after taking the first bomb SWIM knew after 15 minutes that the MDMA was working it's magic and we all looked at each other excited. But by 20 minutes the group of us came up so fast and so hard that they had to sit down because SWIM and his friends couldn't stand up.

They sat there sweating intensely with hearts pounding and although SWIM doesn't remember much from the next period (which could have been anything from 5 minutes to an hour) he distinctly remembers feeling like his brain was buzzing intensely, thinking "what on earth has SWIM taken", discussing that we all didn't feel good and wondering if he was going to black out or even die. Although we laughed about it later, at the time SWIM was actually quite frightened and he recalls seeing a girl looking very worried about him but not much else visually.

However, although SWIM can't remember how long this episode lasted, it wore off in a split second and he and friends returned instantaneously to the wonderful high they were used to. SWIM and co only used one more bomb each, which they broke open and dabbed instead, for fear of another manic episode, making the dose for the night only ~0.2g for around 6 hours partying which in the end were cracking. The comedown wasn't unpleasant and there wasn't a great deal of teeth grinding for SWIM that night either, which was nice.

SWIM would be interested to know if anyone else has had a similar experience coming up or if anyone would like to suggest what could have caused such an intense period?
