amitriptyline 2 days after ritalin? Insane insomnia...

So, SWIM has been taking lots of ritalin lately and is taking a break because she's been doing ridiculous amounts and needs to get her head straight again. She also did MDA Friday, and MDMA Saturday, which barely worked because of the citalopram she's on (though she hasn't taken any since Friday now). She hasn't taken anything all yesterday or today but her anxiety is insane, she can't sleep at night and it's horrible, I mean she is up struggling to sleep til like 7 am. She didn't get the time to go get any benzos today and will definitely tomorrow, but she does have some amitripyline. So SWIM is wondering - since it has been a couple days since taking any ritalin (but did take a lot when she did), would it be safe for her to take 25-50 mg of amitriptyline tonight, just to help her sleep?? Or would it be a better idea to just be safe and have one more hellish night and get some benzos tomorrow? She feels like she is going ot go insane being this tired and feels like a zombie. She also knows she's been retarded and unsafe and done way too much shit lately, so no need for comments on that. lol. SWIM generally only gets messed up on things like MDMA once every 3-4 months, and was prescribed ritalin a month ago and knows shes been going too crazy with it. She's only going to use it for school from now on... anyways, sorry for long post. SWIM just really wants and needs to sleep tonight, but want's to make sure she wakes up still. lol. SWIM has been feeling slightly light headed every now and again when she turns her head too fast also... don't know if that would cause any trouble with the amitripyline. Thank you!!

SWIM took to sleep 150-300 mg Amitryptilin , it knocked him out,
another SWImer took 100mg and was really knocked out.

SWIM thinks SWIMS drug cocktail isnt good, especially the consume pattern.
"SSRI in , SSRI out "

SWIM is from Germany and here ST Johns Wort is popular, SWIM takes now ST Johns Wort in high quality day 3 , and SWIM thinks its starting to work, in the day SWIM takes Baldrian ..and SWIM feely much better than on Ritalin and Amitryptilin , which he took for a long time.

Why dont try natural alternatives ? They have less side effects .. and in a good quality they are not less working, but he emphasizes that it is important to take high quality , because of bio availabilty.

Baldrian works too on GABA , admitting much lesser than benzos.
